就业脱贫——高校教育脱贫攻坚联动模式研究

Research on the Linkage mode of poverty alleviation through employment and university education

扶贫不代表能够脱贫。高校教育扶贫,不仅应帮助贫困生完成学业,还应帮助贫困学生解决就业问题,最终实现脱贫。本文通过对教育脱贫研究文献回顾,结合当前形势,探讨构建"就业脱贫"——高校教育脱贫攻坚联动模式的意义,提出了以学生为主体,政府、学校、企业、社会多方扶贫联动模式的构建思路以及提供制度保障和经费支持的政策建议。

Poverty alleviation does not mean that we can get rid of poverty. Poverty alleviation through higher education should not only help poor students complete their studies,but also help poor students solve their employment problems,so as to get rid of poverty. Based on the literature review and the current situation,this paper discusses the significance of constructing the linkage model of"getting rid of poverty through employment"-getting rid of poverty through higher education,and puts forward the idea of constructing the linkage model of taking students as the main body,the government,schools,enterprises and society,as well as the policy suggestions of providing institutional guarantee and financial support.
