小学思政课教师培训和授课“1+2+4+N”模式初探

摘要 以新形势下对学校思想政治理论课教师的总体要求为指导,本文重点是论述依托我区特有的教师培训基地,对利用"1+2+4+N"模式进行小学思政课教师培训的实施方案进行探索。"1+2+4+N"模式指是的在依托"1"个基地,强化"2"项培训,通过"4"条途径中,达到全员提升和全面育人的"N"项目标。 Guided by the general requirements for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools under the new situation,this article focuses on the use of the"1+2+4+N"model for primary school ideological and political courses based on the unique teacher training base in our district Explore the implementation plan of teacher training.The"1+2+4+N"model means that relying on"1"bases,strengthening"2"trainings,and through"4"approaches,achieving the"N"project goal of all-staff promotion and comprehensive education.
