摘要
通过原矿多元素分析、原矿矿物组成测定和原矿粒度筛析对原矿基本性质进行了研究,在此基础上对工艺流程选择、浮选单因素试验、开路试验、闭路试验对矿物可选性的影响进行了研究,结果表明,原矿为硅质胶磷矿,细泥含量较高,只需脱除石英和硅酸盐脉石即可获得合格精矿。采用预先分级分出细颗粒(-400目),然后对粗颗粒进行磨矿,将分级分出的细颗粒和磨矿产品合并作为浮选原矿,采用正浮选1粗1扫流程,获得了产率59.14%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率84.11%、P_(2)O_(5)品位31.93%的合格精矿。
The fundamental property of the run-of-mine ore was investigated by full chemical analysis,determination of mineral compositions and sieving analysis of the ore.On this basis,selection of process flow,one-factor flotation tests,flotation tests with open circuit and close circuit were carried out to see the influence on flotation behavior.The results indicate that the run-of-mine ore containing high slimes is defined as siliceous phosphate rock and is amenable to flotation only by removal of quartz and silicates in order to obtain qualified phosphate concentrate.The ore is prescreened to produce the fine fraction(-400 mesh)and the coarse fractions which are subject to grinding.As a result,the phosphate concentrate containing 31.93%P_(2)O_(5)with weight yield of 59.14%and 84.11%P_(2)O_(5)recovery can be obtained from the flotation feed prepared by mixing the fine fraction with the ground coarse fractions by using the direct flotation circuit composed of one rougher and one scavenger.
