综合性大学非医学专业学生急救知识普及及培训效果调查

Survey on the Popularization of First Aid Knowledge and Training Effect for Non-medical Students in Comprehensive Universities

目的了解四川省某综合型大学非医学专业大学生培训前对急救知识知晓情况、培训意愿和培训后对急救技能掌握程度。方法采用分层整群抽取某综合型大学2318名非医学专业大学生,对其急救技能培训前、后急救知识知晓情况等进行问卷调查和统计分析。结果仅有28.00%的非医学专业大学生参加过急救知识技能培训,且急救知识知晓情况、是否愿意投入一定时间与精力学习急救知识与技能在性别、专业、生源地和年级之间存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后大学生的急救知识、急救技能掌握程度和施救意愿具有显著的提升(P<0.05)。结论四川省非医学专业大学生对于急救知识和技能的掌握程度不容乐观,高校需加强在校大学生急救知识技能的培训工作力度。

Objective To understand the awareness of first aid knowledge and training intention of non-medical undergraduates in a prefecture-level city of Sichuan Province before training,and the degree of first aid skills mastered by undergraduates after training.Method 2318 non-medical undergraduates from a prefecture-level city in Sichuan Province were selected by stratified cluster sampling.Survey and statistical analysis were conducted on their knowledge of first aid before and after training of first aid skills.Results Only 28.00%of non-medical college students participated in the training of first aid knowledge and skills,and the awareness of first aid knowledge,willingness to devote a certain time and energy to learning first aid knowledge and skills had statistical significance in terms of gender,specialty,student origin and grade(P<0.05).After systematic first aid skills training,the first aid knowledge,skills and willingness to rescue for non-medical college students in a prefecture-level city of Sichuan Province have been significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The non-medical college students in a prefecture-level city in Sichuan Province are not optimistic about their mastery of first aid knowledge and skills.Colleges and universities are required to strengthen the training of first aid knowledge and skills for College students.
