摘要
英中地区高温、高压、高产SX58井储层资料缺乏,完井试油作业风险大。配套了井筒安全评价、负压验窜、“五阀一封”测射联作、射孔爆轰效应评价等系列技术,优选P110SS防硫油管、HH级140 MPa井口、超Ⅰ类防硫地面流程等设备,形成满足英中地区高温高压高含硫井试油测试配套工艺技术,保障了英中地区三口井的高效安全试油。其中的SX58井射孔后日产油208.66 m^(3),日产气69827 m^(3),H2S含量26.12 g/m^(3),取全取准了测试资料。该技术为英中油田后续试油投产施工提供了技术支撑,也为盆地山前及腹部构造带的超深井和风险探井试油测试施工提供了借鉴。
In Yingzhong area,the cased production test of well SX58 with high temperature,high pressure and high production is difficult to conduct because of lack of reservoir data.For this reason,a series of technologies,such as wellbore safety evaluation,negative pressure channeling detection,“five valves and one seal”testing and shooting joint operation,perforating detonation effect evaluation,etc.,have been developed,and equipment such as P110SS anti-sulfur tubing,140 MPa wellhead with level of HH,super class I anti sulfur surface process,etc.have been optimized to form the matching technology for oil testing of high temperature,high pressure and high sulfur wells in Yingzhong area,so as to ensure the efficient and safe test of three wells in Yingzhong area.Among them,the daily oil production of well SX58 is 208.66 m^(3),the daily gas production is 69827 m^(3),and the H2S content is 26.12 g/m^(3).This technology not only provides technical support for the subsequent production test of Yingzhong Oilfield,but also provides reference for the production test of ultra-deep wells and risk exploration wells in the Piedmont and abdominal structural belt of the basin.
