摘要
综述了稻米淀粉生物合成、灌浆期淀粉性状特征、氮代谢与淀粉合成的关系以及氮营养对淀粉性状的调控作用等方面的研究进展,并展望了氮素对淀粉性状调控机制以及氮高效利用背景下稻米淀粉性状的研究方向,为水稻高效优质栽培技术的形成提供理论参考。
The research progresses were reviewed on starch biosynthesis of rice grains, starch traits at the grain-filling stage, relation of starch biosynthesis to nitrogen metabolism and regulatory effect of nitrogen nutrition on starch traits, and then the authors looked forward to the prospects of research direction in the regulatory mechanism of nitrogen on starch traits and rice starch traits with the background of high nitrogen use efficiency, which would provide a theoretical reference for the formation of high quality and efficient rice cultivation technology.
