浮针治疗输尿管结石性肾绞痛探析

Exploration of Floating Acupuncture in Treating Ureteral Calculus with Acute Renal Colic

输尿管结石引起的急性肾绞痛是临床常见的泌尿系疾病,临床通过药物缓解疼痛,常需多种药物联合使用,副作用较多。浮针作为新兴的现代针灸方法,其治疗输尿管结石疼痛具有良效,亦有提高结石阴性率的潜在价值。本研究主要针对浮针治疗输尿管结石性肾绞痛的理论机制分析、操作方法、优势介绍与验案举隅4个方面论述,旨在为治疗输尿管结石性肾绞痛提供一种新的治疗思路与方法。

Ureteral calculus with acute renal colic is a common clinical urinary system disease.When using drugs to relieve pain,it often requires the combination of a variety of drugs,and the drugs has many side effects.Floating acupuncture,as a new modern acupuncture method,has a good effect in treating ureteral stone pain and has the potential value of increasing the negative rate of stones.This study mainly elaborated the theoretical mechanism analysis,operation methods,advantages,and classic cases of floating acupuncture in the treatment of ureteral calculus pain,and provided a new treatment idea and method for ureteral calculus with acute renal colic.
