为了挖掘选矿潜力,提高选矿经济效益,针对银回收率较低的问题,进行了大量选矿试验研究。通过对磨矿细度、硫酸锌用量和石灰用量的优化,最终闭路试验指标和现场工业试验指标与之前相比,银回收率提高了5%左右,每年可多创效益1700多万元。

In order to exploit the potential of mineral processing and improve its economic performance,aiming at the problem of low silver recovery,a large number of beneficiation tests have been carried out.Through optimizing of the grinding fineness,the dosage of zinc sulfate and the dosage of lime,the silver recovery is increased by 5%,comparing the final closed circuit test indicators with the previous indexes of field industrial test,the annual benefit will be more 17 million than the previous.
