With the implementation of the"One Belt One Road"strategy,more and more Chinese companies are beginning to build overseas treasury centers,whose main purpose is to achieve centralized management of overseas funds,reduce the"high deposit and high loan",reduce interest expenses,and ensure the safety of fund deposits,fund payment security and fund chain security.This article takes China Nonferrous Mining Group Co.Ltd as an example,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems in its overseas fund management,the construction goals of overseas treasury centers,key nodes,main ideas,basic steps,etc.,which provides valuable reference for Chinese enterprises about overseas fund management,especially enterprises in the non-ferrous metals industry.
