摘要
我国集中供热规模和热网长度逐年增加,传统的基于经济比摩阻的改扩建设计方案未考虑既有管网实际运行特性,易出现管径与设备选型偏大问题。提出基于实际运行数据修正优化模型的研究思路,通过既有系统实际运行数据对设计热指标、管道绝对当量粗糙度的修正,建立了一种以经济性指标为目标函数、基于遗传算法的既有管网改扩建优化数学模型。分析了优化设计的影响因素,并通过实际工程案例对优化设计方法进行了验证与说明,结果表明基于运行数据对设计关键参数的修正可有效提高热网的经济效益和容纳能力。
The scale of central heating and the length of heating network are increasing year by year in China.The traditional reconstruction and expansion design scheme based on economic specific friction does not consider the actual operation characteristics of the existing pipe network,which is prone to the problem of large pipe diameter and equipment selection.The research idea of modifying optimization model based on actual operation data is put forward.Through the modification of design thermal index and absolute equivalent roughness of pipeline by actual operation data of existing system,an optimization mathematical model for reconstruction and expansion of existing pipeline network based on genetic algorithm with economic index as objective function is established.The influencing factors of the optimal design are analyzed,which is verified and illustrated by practical engineering cases.The results show that the modification of key design parameters based on operation data can effectively improve the economic benefits and capacity of heat supply network.
