摘要
根据固溶强化、析出强化、细晶强化理论,设计了C-Mn-Nb-V-N-Cr钢。并在实验室采用两组工艺参数进行对比试验,开展了高强度高韧性的异型J160b门架型钢的工艺研究。根据试制钢的组织和性能探索出了无控冷工艺的易于实现的控轧工艺窗口。结果表明,异型J160b门架型钢腹板达到了屈服强度≥500 MPa,抗拉强度≥610MPa,伸长率≥17%,-20℃冲击功≥27J的技术要求。
According to the theories of solid solution strengthening, precipitation strengthening and fine crystal strengthening, C-Mn-Nb-V-N-Cr steel was designed. The comparative experiments were carried out by using two groups of technological parameters in the laboratory, and the process of high strength and high toughness J160 b gantry profile steel was studied. According to the structure and properties of the trial-made steel, the control rolling process window without cooling control which is easy to realize was explored. The results show that the J160 b gantry profile steel webs achieve technical conditions of yield strength ≥500 MPa, tensile strength ≥610 MPa, elongation ≥17%, and-20℃ impact energy ≥27 J.
