摘要
进行了TC4钛合金板电磁感应加热渐进成形的成形极限试验,通过正交试验研究了板料厚度、成形温度、层进给量、进给速度工艺参数对成形极限角的影响以及各因素对成形极限角影响的显著性水平。结果表明:成形极限角随板料厚度和成形温度的增大而增大,随进给速度的增大而减小,随层进给量的增大成形极限角先增大后减小;各因素对板料成形极限影响的显著性顺序为:板料厚度>成形温度>层进给量>进给速度。
The forming limit test of incremental forming of TC4 titanium alloy sheet by electromagnetic induction heating was carried out. The effects of sheet metal thickness, forming temperature, lamination feed rate and feed speed process parameters on the forming limit angle and the significant level of the influence of each factor on the forming limit angle were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that the forming limit angle increases with the increase of sheet metal thickness and forming temperature, decreases with the increase of feed speed, and increases at first and then decreases with the increase of lamination feed rate. The significant order of the influence of each factor on the forming limit of sheet metal is sheet metal thickness>forming temperature>lamination feed rate>feed speed.
