摘要
基于Dynaform模拟分析软件和正交试验分析了15 kg的钢质气瓶封头的拉深成形。以最大减薄率为评价指标,综合评估了压边力、凸模速度、凹模圆角半径和摩擦系数等四个工艺参数对评价指标的影响。通过对数据的极差分析、方差分析及效应曲线分析,确定了四个参数对评价指标影响的主次顺序及影响规律,获得了最佳工艺参数组合。在仿真及正交优化的基础上进行了拉深试验。结果表明,封头的成形质量与模拟分析结果一致,使用最佳工艺参数成形的封头最大减薄率为18.33%。基于正交试验法对拉深成形工艺参数优化是可行的。
The drawing forming of 15 kg steel cylinder head was analyzed based on the Dynamic simulation analysis software and the orthogonal test. Taking the maximum thinning rate as the evaluation index, the influence of four process parameters(blank holder force, convex die speed, concave die fillet radius and friction coefficient) on the evaluation index were evaluated comprehensively. Through the range analysis, variance analysis and effect curve analysis of the data, the primary and secondary order and the influence law of the four parameters on the evaluation index were determined, and the best combination of process parameters was obtained. On the basis of simulation and orthogonal optimization, the drawing test was carried out. The results show that the forming quality of the head is consistent with the simulation results. The maximum thinning rate of the head formed by the optimum process parameters is 18.33%. It is feasible to optimize the process parameters of drawing forming based on orthogonal test method.
