分区钨极TIG焊接装置设计及实验

摘要 针对TIG焊接熔深较浅和效率较低的不足,提出一种分区钨极TIG焊接方法。该焊接方法采用大功率开关器件控制焊接回路的轮流通断,实现多个钨极交替引弧,电弧在钨极尖端处快速转移的功能,与传统TIG焊接相比,提高了钨极寿命,增强了熔池搅拌作用。通过实验研究分区钨极TIG焊接的熔池形态,熔池内部液流旋转及震荡情况,结果表明,分区钨极TIG焊接方法具有明显的增强电弧搅拌熔池的作用。 Aiming at the shortcomings of shallow penetration and low efficiency of TIG welding, a zonal tungsten pole TIG welding method was proposed. This welding method used high-power switch device to control the turn on and turn off of the welding circuit, thus realized the function of alternating arc initiation of multiple tungsten poles and rapid transfer of arc at the tip of tungsten pole. Compared with traditional TIG welding, this method improved the service life of tungsten pole and enhanced the stirring effect of molten pool. The molten pool morphology, fluid flow rotation and oscillation inside the molten pool of zonal tungsten pole TIG welding were studied by experiment. The results show that the zonal tungsten pole TIG welding can obviously enhance the effect of arc stirring on the pool.
