摘要 基于焊接粉尘浓度分析和灰色预测理论,研究半封闭室内的焊条电弧焊在不同焊接电流下产生的PM2.5和PM10浓度随焊接时间的变化规律,建立灰色预测模型GM(1,1),并设计实验验证该灰色预测模型在焊条电弧焊两类颗粒物浓度预测上的可行性,用MATLAB软件工具编写实现灰色系统模型的算法代码。分析实验中护具内颗粒物滤棉的吸附情况、电焊条损耗量、PM2.5与PM10浓度变化规律和关联性,并确定焊条电弧焊中的首要污染物,采用灰色预测模型实现对焊接颗粒物浓度变化趋势的预测,对控制焊条电弧焊中的焊接电流和焊接时间有指导意义。 Based on the analysis of welding dust concentration and grey prediction theory, the grey prediction model GM(1,1) was established to study the law of concentration variation of PM2.5 and PM10 produced by electrode arc welding with welding time in semi-enclosed room under different welding currents. The feasibility of grey prediction model in predicting the concentration of two kinds of particulates produced in electrode arc welding was verified by experiments. The arithmetic code of grey system model was compiled with the tool of MATLAB software. The adsorption of particulate filter cotton in protective clothing, the loss of welding rod, the variation rule and correlation of PM2.5 and PM10 concentration were analyzed in the experiment, and the primary pollutant in the welding rod arc welding was determined. The grey prediction model was used to realize the prediction of the variation trend of welding particulate concentration. It has guiding significance for controlling welding current and welding time in the welding rod arc welding.
