摘要
石墨烯及氧化石墨烯结构独特,具有电化学、机械性能等优异的物理特性。利用石墨烯类材料修饰聚氯乙烯,形成性能优异的石墨烯-聚氯乙烯复合材料,使得聚氯乙烯的导电性能、力学性能、热稳定性得到了极大改善。为此,主要介绍石墨烯-聚氯乙烯复合材料的制备过程,阐述熔融共混法、溶液共混法、原位聚合法三种制备石墨烯-聚氯乙烯复合材料的方法。对石墨烯-聚氯乙烯复合材料的发展趋势进行展望,认为石墨烯-聚氯乙烯复合材料具有绿色、用途广、规模化生产的特点,有广阔的应用前景。
Graphene and graphene oxide have unique structure and excellent physical properties such as electrochemistry and mechanical properties.Graphene-based materials are used to modify polyvinyl chloride to form graphene-polyvinyl chloride composites with excellent properties,which greatly improves the conductivity,mechanical properties,and thermal stability of polyvinyl chloride composites.To this end,this paper mainly introduces the preparation process of graphene-polyvinyl chloride composites,and expounds three preparation methods of graphene-polyvinyl chloride composites,namely melt blending method,solution blending method,and in-situ polymerization method.The development trend of graphene-polyvinyl chloride composites is prospected,and it is considered that graphene-polyvinyl chloride composites have the characteristics of green,wide application,and large-scale production,and have broad application prospects.
