表扬艺术联合合理情绪疗法对学龄矮小症患儿自我认同感及生存质量的影响研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究表扬艺术联合合理情绪疗法对学龄矮小症患儿自我认同感及生存质量的影响。方法:选择本院2017年1月-2019年10月诊治的矮小症患儿80例。按随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予表扬艺术联合合理情绪疗法。两组均干预2个月,比较干预前后两组患儿自我认同感、生存质量以及心理状态,并统计患儿家属护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组患儿焦虑情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)评分和抑郁量表(CDI)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患儿上述评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿自我认同感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患儿自我认同感评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿各项生存质量指标评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患儿上述评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:表扬艺术联合合理情绪疗法应用于矮小症患儿的护理中,可有效改善患儿负面心理,增强其自我认同感,提高生存质量和家属护理满意度。 Objective:To study the effects of praise art combined with rational-emotion therapy on self-identity and quality of life in school-age dwarfism children.Method:A total of 80 children with dwarfism diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given praise art combined with rational-emotion therapy on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 2 months,the self-identity,quality of life and psychological state of the children in the two groups before and after the intervention were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the children’s families was counted.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of SCARED and CDI between the two groups (P>0.05);after intervention,the above scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the self-identity scores between the two groups (P>0.05);after intervention,the self-identity score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no statistical significance in the scores of various quality of life indicators between the two groups (P>0.05);after intervention,the above scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the children’s families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of praise art combined with rational-emotion therapy in the nursing of children with dwarfism can effectively improve the negative psychology of children,enhance their sense of self-identity,improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction of family members.
