DSE控制器在并机并网中的试验研究

Experimental Study of DSE Controller in Parallel Machine and Grid

控制系统是发电机组的一个重要系统,它根据设定参数控制、保护以及检测机组的运行。为此本文基于某水泥厂项目,根据现场实际工况采用DSE8610和DSE8660控制器进行并机并网试验研究。结果表明:通过DSE模块能快速并机并带载工作,根据设定值自动进行负载分配和功率管理;并网时,机组可以根据负载总需求自动选择并机1台或2台运行,而且当主机总容量能满足设备需求时,机组按预设置转移负载至主机侧,实现经济运行。

Control system is an important generator system,it is according to set parameters to control,protect and detect units running.This paper based on a cement plant project,and according to the actual working condition to use DSE8610 and DSE8660 controller for parallelgenerator set and mains experimental study.The results show that the generator set can be paralleled rapidly and work with load,and automatically load distribution and power managementaccording to the setting value;Parallel with mains,the unit can be selected automatically according to total load demand to choose 1 or 2 sets,and when the main power total capacity can meet the demand of equipment,the unit transfers load to the main power sideaccording to the setting,to implement the economic operation.
