微信群强化健康教育模式对门诊慢性乙型肝炎患者病耻感与社会支持的影响

The impact of the WeChat group strengthening health education model on the stigma and social support of outpatients with chronic hepatitis B

目的:探讨微信群强化健康教育模式对门诊慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者病耻感与社会支持的影响。方法:以106例CHB患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成微信群组和对照组,每组各53例。微信群组采用微信群强化健康教育模式,对照组采用常规健康宣教。比较两组患者宣教前、后婚恋/生育知识了解评分以及慢性疾病病耻感量表-8条目(SSCI-8)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)的评分差异及组间评分差异。结果:两组患者宣教后婚恋/生育知识评分及SSRS的主观支持、客观支持、对支持利用度评分与总分高于宣教前,且微信群组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者宣教后SSCI-8的内在病耻感、外在病耻感评分与总分均低于宣教前,且微信群组外在病耻感评分与总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微信群强化健康教育模式的应用能提高门诊CHB患者对婚恋/生育知识的了解程度,减轻病耻感,提升社会支持度。

Objective:To explore the impact of the WeChat group s enhanced health education model on the stigma and social support of outpatients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:A total of 106 CHB patients were enrolled and randomly divided into WeChat group and control group,with 53 cases in each group.The WeChat group adopts the WeChat group to strengthen health education model,and the control group adopts regular health education.The marriage/reproductive knowledge scores before and after education,stigma scale for chronic illness-8(SSCI-8),social support rating scale(SSRS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of marriage/fertility knowledge and the subjective support,objective support,utilization of support scores and total scores of the two groups after missions were higher than those before the mission,and the WeChat group was higher than the control group.The SSCI-8 s intrinsic stigma,external stigma scores and total scores after the two groups of missions were lower than those before the mission,and the external shame score and total score of the WeChat group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of the WeChat group strengthening health education model can improve the outpatient CHB patients understanding of marriage/reproductive knowledge,reduce negative emotions and stigma,and increase social support.
