新冠疫情期间医务人员职业倦怠水平及影响因素分析

Analysis of occupational burnout levels and influencing factors of medical staff under the emergency of COVID-19 epidemic

目的:调查新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,医务人员职业倦怠水平及其影响因素。方法:采用横断面设计,分层抽取川渝地区各级各类医疗机构医务人员504名,以自制问卷和职业倦怠问卷(MBI-GS)调查新型冠状病毒疫情期间医务人员职业倦怠水平。Logistic回归分析职业倦怠的相关影响因素。结果:本研究总体职业倦怠检出率为71.43%(360/504);上夜班的频率、工作耐受情况、自我调节频率、对疫情的烦扰程度均与职业倦怠显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:新冠疫情期间,人口社会学因素对医务人员的职业倦怠影响不显著;自我调节能力、上夜班频率、对疫情烦扰程度是职业倦怠主要影响因素。应鼓励医务人员自我放松调节,调整心态积极应对公共卫生应急事件。

Objective:To investigate occupational burnout levels and its influencing factors of healthcare workers under the emergency of the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:504 medical staff in various medical institutions in Sichuan and Chongqing were stratified by cross-sectional survey with general data questionnaire and burnout questionnaire(MBI-GS).The average,standard deviation and frequency were used to describe the level of job burnout.Binary Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the related influencing factors of job burnout.Results:The result showed that the positive rate of burnout was 71.43%(360/504).The frequency of night shifts,work tolerance,frequency of self-regulation,and the degree of annoyance to the epidemic were all significantly related to the occurrence of job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the emergency of COVID-19,the effect of demographic and sociological factors on occupational burnout of medical staff is not significant.Self-adjustment ability,frequency of working night shift,and disturbance to epidemic situation are the main influencing factors of job burnout.The medical workers should be encouraged to relax themselves,adjust their mentality and actively respond to public health emergencies.
