FRP透明板材纱在使用过程中往往因纱线抗静电效果差导致分散不良,引起质量问题。介绍了FRP板材纱生产过程中选用抗静电剂的原则、内置抗静电剂法与外涂抗静电剂法。介绍了外涂抗静电剂的相关设备及流量测量方法、抗静电性的验证方法。

The poor antistatic performance of FRP panel rovings often leads to poor distribution in their use,resulting in quality problem.This paper introduces the principle for selecting antistatic agent in the production of FRP panel rovings,the method of adding antistatic agent in the size formula and the method of coating antistatic agent externally.Also,the paper introduces the related equipment for coating antistatic agent,the method for measuring antistatic agent flow,and the verification of antistatic property.
