农村养殖业污染治理探究

养殖业的快速发展促进了农民脱贫致富奔小康。阜新畜牧养殖业近年来迅猛发展,农村散户养殖同时兴起,农村散户畜禽养殖由于规模小,设备落后,甚至没有设备,通常采取传统养殖模式,畜禽粪便随意排放,污染土壤、大气、地下水,甚至影响人和动植物的健康。文章列举了7项与阜新地区相适应的整治措施,以促进阜新地区环境治理。

The rapid development of breeding industry helps farmers to get rid of poverty and become well-off.The animal husbandry industry in Fuxin has developed rapidly in recent years,and the rural small household breeding has also appeared at the same time.Due to the small scale,backward equipment or even no equipment,these breeding methods are the same as traditional ones,and lead to the arbitrarily discharge of poultry excrement,which pollutes the soil,air and groundwater,and even affects the health of people and animals.This paper lists 7 measures which are suitable for Fuxin area,in order to promote environmental governance in Fuxin area.
