West Chang'an Street Culture Art Park

项目位于西长安街老城区的中心地带,原为京西北方旧货市场。这里被密集的老建筑和狭窄的街道包围,是居民在日常生活中使用率极高的一处开放空间。项目以文艺为设计理念,融入充满科技感的元素,柔性包裹并连接周边场所;不仅为居民提供文艺的休闲场所,也为新兴的文化产业预留空间。在这里,人们可以沐浴在阳光下,喝杯咖啡、进行户外活动,孩子可以在这里奔跑、骑车、滑旱冰。项目鼓励着居民逬行社交活动,也满足了年轻人的放松需求。

The project is located in the cen ter of the old urba n area of West Chang'an Street,which was originally the north junk market in west Beijing.It is surrounded by dense old buildings and narrow streets,which is also an open space with high utilization rate for people in daily life.Taking literature and art as the design concept,the project integrates eleme nts full of science and tech no logy,flexibly wraps and conn ects the surrounding places;not only provides the residents with a place for art and leisure,but also sets aside space for the emerging cultural industry.Here,people can enjoy the sunshine,have a cup of coffee and do outdoor activities,and children can run,bike and roller-skate.The project encourages residents to socialize and meets the needs of young people to relax.
