新冠疫情下亚洲区域价值链结构变化及前景分析

The Analysis of Structural Changes and Prospects of the Value Chain in Asia under the Background of COVID-19 Pandemic

新冠疫情不仅引发全球公共卫生安全危机,也对全球价值链、区域价值链、产业链和供应链产生显著影响,导致全球贸易下滑和全球价值链结构变化。为了探究亚洲区域价值链在疫情背景下的变化及其影响,本文根据全球价值链贸易增加值的现有数据,分析了疫情前亚洲价值链的整体结构和参与度,同时,使用贸易网络分析测量了疫情暴发前后亚洲主要国家之间的贸易关联性,并对疫情下亚洲区域价值链结构变化的特征和前景作出判断和分析。

The COVID-19 pandemic has not only brought about a global public health security crisis,but also exerted a significant impact on global value chains,regional value chains,industrial chains and supply chains,followed by a decline in global trade and changes in the structure of global value chains. In order to explore the change and impact of the value chain in Asia amid the pandemic,this article analyzes the overall structure and participation of the Asian value chain before the pandemic based on the existing data about the added value of global value chain trade. Moreover,the trade network analysis is conducted to measure the trade relations between major Asian countries before and after the pandemic,analyze the characteristics of structural changes in Asian value chain and its prospects amid COVID-19 pandemic.
