摘要
根据食品专业仪器分析课程教学现状,为提高教学质量,对仪器分析课程教学优化提出了几点建议:教师改进教学方法,丰富教学内容,搭建虚拟仿真技术平台,开放实验室。在此基础上激发学生学习积极性,帮助学生加强对课程的理解和掌握,全面培养学生的综合能力。
According to the teaching practice and present situation of Instrument Analysis course to food specialty,in order to improve the quality of teaching,optimization of teaching the course were explored:combining teaching methods and teaching content,setting up the virtual simulation platform and open-style laboratory.A series of measures were used to help students enhance the understanding and mastery of the course content and stimulate the students’enthusiasm in the course to cultivate students’comprehensive ability.
