摘要 基于压电传感器和多通道动态信号解调仪,设计了超高速电梯振动状态远程监控系统。这一系统利用光纤链路将压电振动加速度传感器所检测的振动数据长距离传输至数据中心,构成远程监控网络。在设计中,利用线性弹簧-阻尼系统构建超高速电梯的水平振动模型,并开发相应的数据采集和软件分析系统。通过试验表明,这一超高速电梯振动状态远程监控系统的重复性、稳定性良好,能够实现实时响应,可以对振动进行快速傅里叶变换分析,计算得到各阶谐振频率和幅度,试验结果与理论预期一致。 Based on the piezoelectric sensor and multi-channel dynamic signal demodulator,a remote monitoring system for vibration status of ultra-high-speed elevator was designed.This system uses an optical fiber link to transmit the vibration data detected by the piezoelectric vibration accelerometer sensor to the data center over a long distance,forming a remote monitoring network.In the design,the Hookean spring-damper system was used to establish the horizontal vibration model of the ultra-high-speed elevator,and the corresponding data acquisition and software analysis system was developed.Experiments show that this remote monitoring system for vibration status of ultra-high-speed elevator has good repeatability and stability,and can achieve real-time response.It can perform fast Fourier transform analysis on vibration,and calculate the resonance frequency and resonance amplitude of each order.The test results are consistent with the theoretical expectations.
