分析盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助治疗肺部感染的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in the Adjuvant Treatment of Pulmonary Infection

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助治疗肺部感染的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月本院收治的肺部感染患者74例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为A组(n=37)和B组(n=37)。B组采用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊祛痰治疗,A组采用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊+氨溴索注射液祛痰治疗。比较两组疗效、相关症状缓解时间、治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))及不良反应发生情况。结果:A组治疗总有效率高于B组(P<0.05)。A组肺部啰音、咳嗽、气喘、咳痰及发热缓解时间均短于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,A组PaO_(2)与SaO_(2)均高于B组,且CRP、WBC、中性粒细胞百分比及PaCO_(2)均低于B组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助治疗肺部感染的效果和安全性良好,可有效改善患者临床症状、炎症和血气分析,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in the adjuvant treatment of pulmonary infection.Method:A total of 74 patients with pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into group A(n=37)and group B(n=37)according to the random number table method.Group B was treated with Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules as expectorant.Group A was treated with Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules+Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection.The efficacy,remission time of related symptoms,C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),percentage of neutrophils,partial arterial oxygen pressure(PaO_(2)),partial arterial carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of group A was higher than group B(P<0.05).The remission time of rhonchus,cough,asthma,expectoration and fever in group A were shorter than those in group B(P<0.05).After treatment,both PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) in group A were higher than those in group B,and CRP,WBC,neutrophil percentage and PaCO_(2) were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection applied in the adjuvant treatment of pulmonary infection has good efficacy and safety,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,inflammation and blood gas analysis of the patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
