甲氨蝶呤联合艾拉莫德治疗类风湿性关节炎患者的效果分析

Analysis of Methotrexate Combined with Iguratimod in the Treatment of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤联合艾拉莫德治疗类风湿性关节炎患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月本院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者104例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,各52例。对照组应用甲氨蝶呤治疗,研究组应用甲氨蝶呤联合艾拉莫德治疗。比较两组治疗前后的关节相关指标、血清炎症变化和治疗后的临床效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组关节肿胀以及关节压痛的个数均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组关节晨僵时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血清炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用甲氨蝶呤联合艾拉莫德治疗类风湿性关节炎,能够改善关节功能,减少炎性因子生成,安全性高,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Methotrexate combined with Iguratimod in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Method:A total of 104 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected,patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Methotrexate,and the study group was treated with Methotrexate combined Iguratimod treatment.The joint related indexes,serum inflammation changes before and after treatment,clinical effects and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the number of joint swelling and joint tenderness in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the time of joint stiffness in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the level of serum inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Methotrexate and Iguratimod in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can improve the joint function,reduce the production of inflammatory factors,high safety,worthy of further clinical application.
