摘要
目的:观察与分析三七化瘀口服液对股骨干骨折患者下肢微循环及骨代谢的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年12月于本院就诊的86例股骨干骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规骨折治疗)和观察组(三七化瘀口服液治疗),各43例。比较两组治疗前后不同时间的下肢微循环(足甲襞微循环加权积分及相关指标)、血清骨代谢指标(ALP、OPG及sCTx)。结果:治疗1、2周后,两组足甲襞微循环加权积分及相关指标、各项血清骨代谢指标均持续改善,且观察组足甲襞微循环加权积分及相关指标均优于对照组,血清骨代谢指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三七化瘀口服液可显著改善股骨干骨折患者的下肢微循环及骨代谢状态,在本类骨折患者中的应用价值相对较高。
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of Sanqi Huayu Oral Liquid for microcirculation of lower limbs and bone metabolism of patients with fracture of femoral shaft.Method:A total of 86 patients with fracture of femoral shaft from June 2017 to December 2019 were chosen for the study,they were divided into control group(routine treatment for fracture)and observation group(treatment for Sanqi Huayu Oral Liquid),according to the random number table,43 cases in each group.Then the microcirculation of lower limbs(weighted integral of foot nailfold microcirculation and related indexes),serum bone metabolism indexes(ALP,OPG and sCTx)of two groups at different time before and after the treatment were compared.Result:After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the weighted integral of foot nailfold microcirculation and related indexes in two groups were improved continuously,the weighted integral of foot nailfold microcirculation and related indexes in the observation group were both better than those in the control group,the serum bone metabolism indexes were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanqi Huayu Oral Liquid can significantly improve the microcirculation of lower limbs and bone metabolism of patients with fracture of femoral shaft,so its application value in these patients with fracture is relatively higher.
