稽留流产清宫术后患者应用雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗对子宫内膜厚度的影响对比

Effect of Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets on Endometrial Thickness in Patients with Missed Abortion after Cleavage

目的:探讨稽留流产清宫术后患者应用雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗对子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年2月本院收治的稽留流产清宫术后患者80例。将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇和黄体酮胶囊治疗,研究组给予雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗。比较两组不良反应、并发症及子宫内膜恢复情况。结果:研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,子宫内膜恢复总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后阴道流血量<平素月经量患者人数多于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后阴道流血时间明显短于对照组,子宫内膜厚度明显厚于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后宫腔积液、宫颈粘连并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,且月经恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:稽留流产清宫术后患者应用雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装与戊酸雌二醇联合黄体酮胶囊治疗均具有较好的效果,但是雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片修复子宫内膜的作用更理想,可尽快促进患者月经周期恢复正常水平,且用药后不良反应、并发症发生率相对较低,可推广使用。

Objective:To explore the effect of Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets on endometrial thickness in patients with missed abortion after curettage.Method:A total of 80 patients with missed abortion after curettage admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to February 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Estradiol Valerate combined with Progesterone Capsules,and the study group was treated with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets.Adverse reactions,complications and endometrial recovery were compared between two groups.Result:The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of endometrial recovery was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The numbers of patients with postoperative vaginal bleeding volume<normal menstrual volume in the study group were more than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative vaginal bleeding time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the endometrial thickness was significantly thicker than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications such as intrauterine effusion and cervical adhesion in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the menstrual recovery time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets and Estradiol Valerate combined with Progesterone Capsules in the treatment of missed abortion after curettage has good effect,but the effect of Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets in the repair of endometrium is more ideal,which can promote the menstrual cycle of patients to return to normal level as soon as possible,and the incidence of adverse reactions and complications after medication are relatively low,and it can be popularized.
