马铃薯蛋白粉替代鱼粉对仔猪生长性能的影响

Effect of Potato Protein Meal Replacing Fish Meal on Growth Performance of Piglets

为了探讨马铃薯蛋白粉替代鱼粉对仔猪生长性能的影响,试验选取28日龄健康断奶仔猪120头,按体重随机分为4个处理组,即对照组(鱼粉组)、处理组Ⅰ(1%马铃薯蛋白粉等量替代鱼粉)、处理组Ⅱ(2%马铃薯蛋白粉等量替代鱼粉)、处理组Ⅲ(3%马铃薯蛋白粉等量替代鱼粉),进行为期28 d的饲养试验,测定分析仔猪的生产性能、腹泻指数、蛋白质表观消化率。结果表明:各处理组与对照组相比,平均日采食量无显著差异(P>0.05);各组平均日增重、料肉比,处理组Ⅰ显著优于其他3组(P<0.05),对照组与处理组Ⅱ无显著差异(P>0.05),且明显优于处理组Ⅲ(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,其他3个处理组在腹泻率上无显著差异(P>0.05),3个处理组之间也无显著差异(P>0.05),但处理组Ⅰ略优于其他各组。各处理组与对照组相比,蛋白质表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05),处理组Ⅰ略优于其他各试验组。说明用1%的马铃薯蛋白粉替代仔猪日粮中的鱼粉效果最佳。

In order to investigate the effects of potato protein meal replacing fish meal on growth performance of piglets,according to the weight,a total of 120 health weaning piglets with 28 ages were equally and randomly assignedinto four treatment groups:control group was fed a basal diet(fish meal),and treatment groupⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere fed the diets which used potato protein meal to replace 1%,2%and 3%fish meal in basal diet,respectively.The production performance,diarrhoea score and protein apparent digestibility were determined after 28 days.The results showed that no significant difference or only minor difference were observed in the average daily feed intake diarrhoea score and protein apparent digestibility among four groups(P>0.05).The average daily gain and feed/gain of treatment groupⅠwas significantly better than that in the other three groups(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between control group and treatment groupⅡ(P>0.05),and treatment groupⅢwas significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,treatment groupⅠwas slightly better than other groups in diarrhea rate and protein apparent digestibility.According to the experiment results,replace 1%fish meal in basal diet with potato protein meal achieved the best effect.
