摘要
以地铁侧墙产品(板厚3.5mm)为实验对象,考察在相同搅拌头、焊接速度、下压量的前提下,改变搅拌头的旋转速度对接头力学性能的影响。通过对焊后试件进行外观、低倍、拉伸、弯曲、硬度检测的实验数据进行对比,结果表明,在旋转速度为1400r/min时,其接头力学性能最佳。
In this paper,the subway side wall product(plate thickness of 3.5mm)is taken as the experimental object to investigate the influence of changing the rotating speed of the mixing head on the mechanical properties of the joint under the premise of the same mixing head,welding speed and pressure amount.By comparing the test data of appearance,low magnification,tensile,bending and hardness of the welded specimen,the results show that the mechanical properties of the joint are the best when the rotation speed is 1400rpm.
