Maintenance Method for Backing Bearing of 18 High Copper Foil Mill

以十八辊轧机的背衬轴承为研究对象,对背衬轴承使用中产生的问题进行了阐述和分析,对背衬轴承的装配精度和维护进行了研究,提出了背衬轴承修磨新方式,对十八辊轧机辊系的维护具有重要意义。

This paper mainly studies the backing bearing of 18-high rolling mill,expounds and analyzes the problems in the use of the backing bearing,and also studies the assembly precision and maintenance of the backing bearing.In addition,a new way of grinding backing bearing is put forward,which is of great significance to the maintenance of roll system of 18-high mill.
