明胶-壳聚糖复合膜研究进展

摘要 明胶因具有易加工成膜,可生物降解等特性,被人们广泛研究,但其制成的膜韧性差,极易断裂。与壳聚糖复合后的明胶能够改善其缺陷,在食品,化妆品特别是医学方面都有广泛应用。本文介绍了明胶-壳聚糖复合膜的不同制备方法,从力学性能,热缩性,透光率等各个方面表征了膜的特性,揭示了明胶-壳聚糖复合膜作为支架材料等等在医学方面的应用。 Gelatin has been widely studied because it is easy to be processed into film and biodegradable.However,the film made of gelatin has poor toughness and is easily broken.Gelatin compounded with chitosan can improve its defects and has been widely used in food,cosmetics and especially medicine.This paper introduces different preparation methods of gelatin-chitosan composite membrane,characterizing the characteristics of the membrane from mechanical properties,thermal shrinkage,light transmittance and other aspects,and reveals the application of gelatin-chitosan composite membrane as scaffold material in medicine.
