摘要
当代研究表明,抗氧化肽具备抑制紫外线引起的线粒体损伤和清除身体内多余自由基的功能,预防和治疗由于自由基过剩引发的不同种类的疾病,并且拥有延缓人体衰老的效果,可用于化妆品和医药的工业化生产。本文总结了几种常用的抗氧化肽的制备方法,以及介绍了一些测试抗氧化肽抗氧化能力方法。同时另有研究表明,抗氧化肽可以清除细胞受到紫外线照射造成的酪氨酸蛋白氧化产生的自由基,可以将这一特性应用于防晒产品之中,作者找到了一种用荧光分析法用于表征黑色素含量,可将其用于建立一种抗氧化肽产品可以阻止黑色素产生的可视化模型,并用于模拟评价活性肽对产品抗防晒效果的作用。
It can be used in the industrial production of cosmetics and medicine.It can prevent and treat different kinds of diseases caused by excess free radicals,and has the effect of delaying human aging.This paper summarizes the preparation methods of several commonly used antioxidant peptides,and introduces some methods to test the antioxidant capacity of antioxidant peptides.At the same time,other studies have shown that antioxidant peptides can scavenge the free radicals produced by the oxidation of tyrosine protein caused by ultraviolet irradiation,which can be applied to sunscreen products.The author has found a fluorescence analysis method to characterize the content of melanin,which can be used to build a visual model of antioxidant peptide products that can prevent melanin production,and used to To evaluate the effect of active peptide on sunscreen.
