摘要
兰州石化公司1.5×10^(4)t/a硫磺回收装置环保升级达标改造工程的烟囱塔架吊装工程,由于其施工现场区域狭小,确定采用现场分段预制、逐段吊装的施工方法。为验证施工方法的可靠性,通过建立力学模型对其主要承载杆件作受力分析,进行拉弯组合的强度校核,对不满足强度条件的单元采取必要的加固措施,消除了吊装风险,并保证了塔架高空组对的精度。首先,简要介绍了吊装工程概况;其次详细论述了烟囱塔架吊装方案,并对吊装结构进行了分析;然后,重点阐述对分段吊装结构主要承载杆件危险截面进行的强度校核;最后,介绍了根据校核结果提出的加固措施以及实施效果。
Because of its narrow construction site area,the chimney tower hoisting project of the 15000 t/a sulfur recovery unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company is determined to adopt the construction method of field segmented prefabrication and segmented hoisting.In order to verify the reliability of the construction method,the mechanical model was established to analyze the forces of the main bearing members and check the strength of the tension and bending combination.The necessary reinforcement measures for the units that do not meet the strength conditions were taken.The hoisting risk was eliminated and the assembling accuracy of the tower segments was guaranteed.Firstly,the general situation of hoisting engineering is briefly introduced in this paper;secondly,the hoisting scheme of the chimney tower is discussed in detail.Then the strength check of the dangerous cross-sections of the main bearing members is emphatically expounded,and the hoisting structure is analyzed.Finally,the reinforcement measures according to the check results and their implementation effects are introduced.
