摘要
以南海某工程项目为例,在简要介绍吸力桩基础结构特点的基础上,对吸力桩基础方案进行比选,而后详细介绍了吸力桩基础设计关键技术,包括设计基础、主要设计校核工况、基础承载力计算、吸力桩置入过程分析等,最后论述了吸力桩基础建造及海上安装的关键技术,重点包括建造过程的建造工序、焊接质量控制、焊接变形控制、尺寸控制、精度控制、重量控制等;阐述了海上安装流程、应急预案、ROV系统、施工窗口的选择、系统调试、吸力桩基础吊装入水、吸力桩基础置入过程的控制、土壤数据对吸力桩基础置入的影响以及承载能力的评估等。
Taking a project in the South China Sea as an example,and based on brief introduction of the characteristics of suction pile foundation structure,the comparative selection of suction pile foundation schemes was carried out,and then the key techniques of suction pile foundation design were introduced in detail,including design foundation,main design checking conditions,foundation bearing capacity calculation,suction pile installation procedure analysis,etc.Finally,the key techniques of suction pile foundation construction and offshore installation were discussed,with the emphasis on construction process,welding quality control,welding deformation control,dimension control,precision control,weight control and so on.The offshore installation procedure flow,emergency plan,ROV system,selection of construction window,system debugging,suction pile foundation hoisting and sinking into water,control of suction pile foundation installation procedure,influence of soil data on suction pile foundation installation,assessment of bearing capacity were expounded.
