钢管制造标准与管道施工标准不相容对管道焊接质量的不良影响

摘要 针对两起因相关技术标准不相容而造成部分管道焊缝检测不合格并产生经济损失的事件,分析了此两起事件中钢管管口缺陷(凹陷或凸出)、错边、错边未焊透等现象,探讨了标准不相容问题,提出了几点建议:第一,对于焊管管口凹陷或凸出缺陷的允许偏差,建议修订为焊管管口不允许出现凹陷或凸出缺陷;第二,管道施工企业应该强化质量管理体系运行,加强进场管材、焊材等材料的检验、验证;第三,管道施工企业应经常开展标准知识培训,以提升施工技术人员对标准的使用和认识水平。 In view of the two inspected events of unqualified welds in partial pipelines due to incompatibility between relevant technical standards as well as corresponding economic loss,the concave and convex defects at steel pipe edge,unfitness of butt weld,incomplete penetration caused by butt misalignment were analyzed and the incompatibility between relevant technical standards was discussed.Several suggestions were put forward:First,the allowable deviations for concave and convex defects at steel pipe edge are revised to the defects unallowable.Second,the pipeline construction enterprise should strengthen the operation of quality management system and strengthen the inspection and verification of materials of incoming pipes and welding materials.Third,pipeline construction enterprises should often carry out standard knowledge training for construction technicians to improve their useing and understanding the standards.
