单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白比值与急性脑梗死出血性转化和预后的研究 被引量:5

摘要 急性脑梗死(AIS)是常见的脑血管病,已成为世界上第三大死亡原因,目前静脉注射重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂是治疗AIS患者最有效的方法之一。出血性转化是溶栓后的常见并发症,患者的致残率和病死率显著增加。研究表明炎症反应在出血性转化中发挥了重要作用。近年研究发现单核细胞和高密度脂蛋白对AIS的出血性转化和预后有重要影响。文中重点阐述单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白比值与AIS后发生出血性转化的机制和预后的关系。 Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is the most common cerebrovascular disease and has become the third leading cause of death in the world.At present,intravenous injection of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)is one of the most effective methods for the treatment of AIS patients.Hemorrhagic transformation is a common complication after thrombolysis,which can lead to a significant increase in disability and mortality.Studies have shown that inflammatory response plays an important role in hemorrhagic transformation.In recent years,it has been found that monocyte(MC)and high density lipoprotein(HDL)have important effects on the hemorrhagic transformation and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.This article focus on the relationship between the ratio of monocyte to high density lipoprotein(MHR)and the mechanism and prognosis of hemorrhagic transformation of acute cerebral infarction.
