摘要
海绵城市与PPP模式相结合可以有效吸引社会资本投资。本文运用SWOT分析法对海绵城市PPP项目进行分析,对海绵城市PPP项目潜在风险进行多方位剖析并提出相应的建议。
The combination of Sponge City and PPP model can effectively attract social capital investment.In this paper,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the Sponge City PPP project,the potential risks of Sponge City PPP project are analyzed from different aspects and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
