Case Study of Sponge Urban Design in Newly-built ResidentialQuarters

在广西梧州新建住宅项目中,以经济性、适宜性、易维护为原则,对当地气象条件,地形,地下水位进行研究分析,采用LID组合措施——即透水铺装(生态停车位)、下沉式绿地和雨水调蓄池,对年径流总量控制率、污染物削减率和雨水资源利用率进行了详细计算。采用植草沟或排水暗管对汇水分区进行联通,并对下沉式绿地设计要点进行了归纳。

In the new residential project in Wuzhou of Guangxi,the local meteorological conditions,topography,groundwater level are studied and analyzed based on the principles of economy,suitability and easy maintenance.The LID combination measures of permeable pavement(ecological parking space),sunken green space and rainwater storage pool are adopted.The total amount of annual runoff,pollutant reduction rate and rainwater resource utilization rate are calculated and designed.Grass planting ditch or drainage pipe are used to connect the catchment area,and the main points of the design of the sunken green space are summarized.
