现代木结构建筑在特色小镇建设中的推广与应用研究——以雄安新区为例

Research on Promotion and Application of Modern Wood Structure Building in the Construction of Characteristic Towns——Taking Xiongan New Area as an example

雄安新区规划采取集中与分散相结合的方式,推动形成起步区、外围组团和特色小城镇协同发展的产业格局。特别是外围特色小镇与美丽乡村,既要能够支撑产业、实施乡村振兴,也要打造宜居宜业宜游的生活环境。同时,新区推广绿色低碳的生产生活方式和城市建设运营模式,推广绿色建筑、使用绿色建材,积极稳妥推广装配式、可循环利用的建筑方式。这都对新区建筑发展提出了更高的要求。而现代木结构建筑技术的应用,由于其自身的绿色环保特点,可有效提升新区建筑建造品质,促进新区建筑业的高质量发展。本文从规划设计角度研究了现代木结构建筑与特色小镇的关系,讨论了现代木结构建筑在特色小镇建设中的技术可行性,并给出了其在雄安新区推广路径的建议。

The planning of Xiongan New Area adopts a combination of centralization and dispersion to promote the formation of an industrial pattern of coordinated development of start-up areas,peripheral groups and small towns with characteristics.In particular,the peripheral characteristic towns and beautiful villages need to support not only industriesas well as rural revitalization implementation,but also need to create a livable environment.At the same time,the New Area promotes green low-carbon production and living method,urban construction operation model,Green Building,green building materials,prefabricated and recyclable construction methods.All these put forward higher requirements for the building development of Xiongan New Area.The application of modern wood structure construction technology,due to its green characteristics,can effectively improve the quality of buildings and lead to high-quality development of the construction industry in the New Area.This article studies the relationship between modern wood structure building and characteristic towns from the perspective ofplanning and design, discusses the technical feasibility of modern wood structure building in the construction of characteristictowns and provides recommendations for the pathway of promotion in Xiongan New Area.
