数字化设计是未来城市建设的重要发展方向,通过参数化设计、智能化建造、信息化运营等数字科技,让建筑设计的成果更加科学,让工程施工更加环保,让管理运营更加高效。通过系统梳理数字化设计概念,特别是BIM(建筑信息模型)设计方法,结合国内外相关案例,阐述数字化设计的分析科学性,提前发现工程施工中可能遇到的问题,并提升竣工运营阶段的管理效率。最后通过在深圳空港新城管廊项目实践,展示了数字化设计的良好效果和强大生命力。

Digital design is an important development direction of urban construction in the future.Through parametric design,intelligent construction,information operation and other digital technologies,the results of architectural design will be more scientific,the engineering construction will be more environmentally friendly,and the management and operation will be more efficient.By systematically combing the concept of digital design,especially BIM(building information model)design method,combined with relevant cases at home and abroad,this paper expounds the scientific analysis of digital design,finds out the problems that may be encountered in the project construction in advance,and improves the management efficiency in the completion and operation stage.Finally,through the practice of utility tunnel project in Shenzhen Airport New Town,the good effect and strong vitality of digital design are demonstrated.
