摘要
为了调整建筑产业结构,提高建筑质量和效益,实现节能环保和降低工程造价,有必要大力发展装配式建筑结构,特别是装配式钢筋砼框架结构。本文首先重点分析装配式钢筋砼框架结构体系发展相对滞后的根本原因;其次,提出装配式钢筋砼框架结构和空腔楼板关键创新技术,具体包括装配式钢筋砼框架结构PC构件制作、梁柱节点、梁板叠合方式、空腔楼板双向受力性能、连续板带、楼板间裂缝、结构整体性和利用空腔楼板结构实现防烟排烟、通风和消防等一体化功能方面;最后,基于上述创新技术,开展相关试验研究和工程应用;研究表明上述创新技术具有显著的工程效益和推广应用价值,其为装配式钢筋砼结构和空腔楼板结构发展提供重要参考。
To adjust the construction industry structure,improve the construction quality,save energy,protect environment and reduce the project cost,it is very necessary to develop the prefabricated building,particularly the assembly reinforced concrete frame structure.Firstly,the paper introduced the basic reason of insufficient development of the prefabricated RC frame structure.Secondly,several innovative technology was proposed in this paper,including the PC member construction,the beam-column joints,the overlap method,the two-way mechanical mechanism of the hollow floor,the continuous slab belt,the cracks,the structural integrity,the fire safety,flame or smoke control,etc.Finally,according to the above innovative technology,the corresponding tests and actual engineering were conducted.Results show that the above innovative technology can be used in the actual engineering,which is beneficial to the development of the prefabricated RC frame structure and hollow floor.
