为加快生态环境改善、坚决打好污染防治攻坚战,淄博市入围第二批中央财政支持北方地区冬季清洁取暖试点城市。建筑能效提升工作是落实清洁取暖的重要工作之一,也是保证清洁取暖工作成效的长效机制之一。本文聚焦淄博市冬季清洁取暖建筑能效提升工作。通过清洁取暖能效提升典型案例,说明淄博市建筑节能改造的方式、改造成果,以及带来的效益提升。介绍其中运用的节能改造措施和组织保障,为确保冬季清洁取暖能效提升工作提供参考与建议。

To speed up the improvement of ecological environment,resolutely fight the battle against pollution,Zibo City entered the second batch list of pilot cities for clean heating in winter in northern regions supported by the central government.The improvement of building energy efficiency is one of the important tasks to implement clean heating as well as one of the long-term mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of clean heating.This article focuses on improving the building energy efficiency of clean heating in Zibo City in winter.Through typical cases of energy efficiency improvement of clean heating,it explains the energy-saving renovation methods,results and benefits improvement,introduces the energy-saving transformation measures and organizational guarantees used therein,and provides references and suggestions for ensuring the energy efficiency improvement of clean heating in winter.
