高校辅导员专家化发展的现实困境与应对策略

摘要 随着高校思想政治工作质量提升工程的深入推进,辅导员专家化发展的重要性日益凸显。辅导员岗位职责宽泛、绩效目标高难、时间精力有限和管理模式僵化,导致辅导员专家化发展困难重重。实行“团队引领、双向并进、一横多纵、分类培养”的辅导员专家化发展思路,将学生工作分为日常事务和专项事务两个子系统,组建两类辅导员团队,实施三级分类培养,搭建四个发展平台,健全考核评价制度,着力提升辅导员理论水平和业务技能,可以有效推动辅导员专家化发展。 With the deepening of the project to improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,the importance of counselors'expert development has become increasingly prominent.The wide responsibilities,difficult performance goals,limited time and energy and rigid management mode of counselors lead to many difficulties in the development of counselors'professionalization.The counselor expert development idea of"team leading,two-way progress,one horizontal and multiple vertical,classified training"is implemented.The student work is divided into two subsystems of daily affairs and special affairs.Two types of counselor teams are established,three-level classified training is implemented,four development platforms are built,the assessment and evaluation system is improved,and efforts are made to improve the counselor's theoretical level and professional skills in order to effectively promote the development of counselors'specialization.
