新时代高职院校学生美好职业生涯发展教育模式研究

Research on the Education Mode of Better Career Development of Higher Vocational College Students in the New Era

通过对江苏高职院校职业生涯发展教育现状的调研,分析得出现阶段高职院校在开展职业生涯发展教育中存在没能针对高职学生对美好生活追求的变化适时作出调整、职业生涯教育的有效性值得反思、课程教学质量得不到提高等问题,提出构建“系统化、全程化、专业化、本土化”的“四化”职业生涯教育体系,通过完善职业生涯发展教育法律法规,健全相关保障机制,建立健全学生职业生涯档案管理,促进高职院校职业生涯发展教育更加体现科学、个性、美好和可持续发展。

Through the investigation of the current situation of career development education in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges,it is found that there are some problems in the career development education of higher vocational colleges at the present stage,such as the failure to make timely adjustments to the changes of higher vocational students'pursuit of a better life,lack of reflection on the effectiveness of career education,and the failure to improve the quality of curriculum teaching.It is proposed to build a"four modernizations"career education system of"systematization,whole process,specialization and localization".By improving the laws and regulations of career development education,perfecting the relevant guarantee mechanism,establishing and improving the management of students'career files,the career development education in higher vocational colleges can be more scientific,personalized,beautiful and sustainable.
