基于“肺合皮毛”及“肺与大肠相表里”理论的肠道菌群与痤疮关系探讨

现代研究表明肠道菌群与痤疮相互影响,但其具体机制不明。本文从中医理论角度解释二者的内在联系。通过阐述"肺合皮毛"、"肺与大肠相表里"理论与痤疮之间的关系,分析肠道菌群可能参与痤疮的发病及治疗。中医学的许多基本原理都包含着微生态学的内容和机理,针灸、中药的取效过程都利用了微生态系统的机制,提示中医药治疗痤疮取得良好临床疗效可能有其内在的微生物机制,这需要进一步研究证实。拓宽了痤疮临床诊疗的思路,具有十分重要的理论和临床价值。

Modern studies have shown that intestinal flora and acne interact with each other, but the specific mechanism is unclear. This article explains the internal relationship between them from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory. By elaborating the relationship between TCM theory of"The lung is related to the skin and hair in the exterior","The lung is internally and externally with large intestine"and acne. Many basic principles of TCM contain the content and mechanism of microecology. The process of taking effect of TCM all make use of the mechanism of microecosystem. It suggests that there may be an intrinsic microbial mechanism for the good clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne, which needs further study and confirmation. It broadens the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment of acne, and has very important theoretical and clinical value.
