摘要 证候要素(证素)以病机为基础,是辨证的最小单元,动态观察中医证素演变规律,可为把握病机规律和临床辨证提供依据。近年来针对中医证素演变研究取得了一定的进展,然而仍存在诊断标准不一、临床研究缺乏理论创新、分析方法较为单一、多数研究缺乏深入分析与挖掘等问题,难以有效、客观地获得疾病证素演变规律。本文从既往研究中存在的问题入手,着重论述了证素演变规律研究设计及方法,同时对证素演变研究中的关键环节进行了全面阐释,为下一步临床研究及相关疾病证素演变规律研究提供思路和借鉴。 The syndrome element, which is based on pathogenesis, is the smallest unit in syndrome differentiation.Dynamic observation of the evolution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome elements can provide a basis for pathogenesis identification and clinical syndrome differentiation. In recent years, some progress has been made in the study of TCM syndrome evolution. However, there are still some problems, such as different diagnostic standards, lack of theoretical innovation in clinical research, single analytical methods, lack of in-depth analysis and mining in most studies, etc., which make it difficult to obtain the law of syndrome evolution effectively and objectively. This paper discussed the research design and method of TCM syndrome element evolution law, at the same time, starting from the existing problems in the previous research, it comprehensively explained the key links in the research of syndrome element evolution, and provided ideas and references for clinical research and related disease syndrome element evolution law research in the future.
