从“辨体-辨病”角度探讨高脂血症的研究现状及“治未病”思想的应用

Present Research Status of Hyperlipidemia from the Perspective of “Constitution and Disease Differentiation” and the Application of “Prevention of Disease”

高脂血症是一种慢性、长期、隐匿的脂质代谢异常疾病,能引起多种高危心脑血管疾病,严重危害了人类健康。早期防治对于高脂血症十分重要,能降低高脂血症的发生率及并发高危心脑血管疾病的风险。"辨体-辨病"是中医"治未病"的重要手段,能对疾病的发生、发展、转归进行预判。本文就高脂血症的体质、疾病特性和"治未病"应用的研究进展进行了概述,以期为临床诊断、防治高脂血症提供一定的帮助。

Hyperlipidemia is a chronic, long-term, and insidious lipid metabolic disease, which can cause a variety of high-risk cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Early prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia are very important in reducing the incidence of hyperlipidemia and the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases."Constitution differentiation-disease differentiation"is an important means of"disease prevention"in TCM, which can predict the occurrence, development, and outcome of diseases. In this paper, the high incidence of hyperlipidemia, the characteristics of the disease, and the application of"treatment of disease"were summarized, in order to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and prevention of hyperlipidemia.
